Wilma F. Beltz, 94, died April 23, 2010 at Great Bend Regional Hospital, Great Bend, Kansas. She was born December 2, 1915 at Medicine Lodge, Kansas, the daughter of William and Emma (Lunsford) Warren. She married George R. Beltz March 20, 1943 at Medicine Lodge, Kansas. He died June 25, 1993. A Great Bend resident since 1951, coming from Scott City, Kansas, Mrs. Beltz worked for Bird Oil Company as a bookkeeper. Survivors include one daughter, Georgellan Brack and husband Ned, Great Bend; one grandson, Jason Brack and wife Jessica; and two great-grandchildren: Ty and Aly Brack. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Kenneth Warren, Carl Warren, James Warren, and Charles Warren; and one sister, Nora Leona Urton. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m., Monday, April 26, 2010 at Bryant Funeral Home with the Reverend Arlyn Thielenhaus officiating. Burial will be in Great Bend Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Bryant Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the Golden Belt Humane Society, in care of the funeral home.
