Timothy Orr Tim Klusener, 54, died August 2, 2011 at his brothers home at Great Bend, Kansas. He was born August 2, 1957 at Great Bend, the son of August Michael Slim and Lois Darlene (Orr) Klusener. A lifetime Great Bend resident, Mr. Klusener was an oilfield roughneck for more than thirty-five years. Mr. Klusener was a member of Cheyenne Bottoms Sportsman Club board. He was an avid hunting and fishing enthusiast and KU athletics fan. He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter. Survivors include one daughter, Hali Klusener; one brother, Curtis A. Klusener and wife Donna, Great Bend; two sisters: Mary Riemann and husband Ralph, Great Bend; and Kathi Heine and husband Chris, Great Bend; one granddaughter, Baley Klusener; three nephews: Pat, Curtis, Jr., and Jonathan; and three nieces: Jacque, Brooke, and Kristin. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Vikki Kasselman. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2011 at Bryant Funeral Home. The Reverend Dick Ogle will officiate. Burial will be in Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, August 4, 2011 and from 9:00 a.m. to service time Friday at Bryant Funeral Home.
