Sonya Joyce Walker, 39, died May 23, 2010 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee. She was born March 31, 1971 at Fairfax, Missouri, the daughter of Robert H. and Brenda (Olson) Hall. She married Daniel Walker August 4, 1990 at Liberal, Kansas. A homemaker, Mrs. Walker was a devoted Army wife and loving mother. Survivors include her husband, Daniel Walker, of the home; her fahter, Robert H. Hall, Ellinwood, Kansas; her mother, Brenda Hall, Ellinwood; two sons: Kyle Walker, Fort Campbell, Kentucky; Kelley Walker, Fort Campbell; one daughter, Jacqueline Walker, Fort Campbell; and one brother, Gerald Hall, Ellinwood. She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert H. Hall. Graveside service will be at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Pastor Jack Sweaney officiating. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Bryant Funeral Home.
