Sheryl L. Mosiman File, 67, died September 25, 2011 at Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center, Great Bend, Kansas. She was born July 12, 1944 at Beatrice, Nebraska, the daughter of Royal A. and Lois E. (Knowles) Mosiman. She was a resident of Great Bend for three years, coming from Beatrice, to be near family. Survivors include her mother, Lois Mosiman, Great Bend; two daughters: Michelle Schank, Little Rock, Arkansas; and Danita Wells Swearingen, St. Joseph, Missouri; two brothers: Michael Mosiman and his wife Crilla, Great Bend; Rodger Mosiman and Betty Barnes, Tonganoxie, Kansas; one sister, Lori Graham, Joplin, Missouri; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Royal A. Mosiman. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 14, 2011 at Evergreen Home Cemetery, Beatrice. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Sheryl L. File Funeral Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
