Ryan Joseph Bealer, 21, died September 20, 2011 at Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center, Topeka, Kansas. He was born September 25, 1989 at Great Bend, Kansas, the son of Richard T. and Ruth Anne (Schiller) Bealer. A lifetime Great Bend resident, Ryan was a student at Kansas State University, majoring in Computer Information Systems. He was a member of Golden Key Honor Society. Survivors include his parents, Rick and Ruth Bealer, Great Bend; twin brother, Zachary Bealer, Great Bend; one sister, Nicole Jacks, Colorado Springs, Colorado; uncle and aunt, Paul and Lynn Schiller, Great Bend; cousins: Lisa Gwin, Jenni Bauer, and Loretta Kirmer; and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Joyce Schiller and paternal grandparents, Raymond and Helen Bealer. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Grace Community Church. Pastor Roy Savage will officiate. Burial will be in Great Bend Cemetery North. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the family receiving friends, Friday, September 23, 2011 at Bryant Funeral Home.
