Ruby Lucille Blaz, age 70, of Hoisington, Kansas died Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington. She was born October 27, 1942 at Guymon, Oklahoma the daughter of Raymond and Helen (Smith) Steinkuehler. Ruby moved to Hoisington in 1986 coming from Guymon. She was brought up in the Nazarene Church and worked as a CNA for Texas County Memorial Hospital for many years. She enjoyed reading, traveling and music. On July 2, 1984 she married Rush Blaz at Great Bend, Kansas. Survivors include her husband, Rush Blaz of Hoisington; one son, Charles Wells of Guymon; one daughter Tammi Blehm of Guymon; one granddaughter, Destini Utley and one great-grandson, Dominique Utley. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven Wells and a sister. Graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon with Pastor Wayne Dawson officiating. There will be no public visitation.
