Roger Lincoln Sunley, 66, died August 1, 2010 at his Great Bend, Kansas, residence. He was born April 7, 1944 at Brownell, Kansas, the son of Cecil and Edith (Hurst) Sunley. He was owner of Charlie's Barber Shop, Great Bend. He was a Great Bend resident ten years, coming from Lyons, Kansas. Survivors include one son, Byler Sunley, Healy, Kansas; two daughters: LaFonda Sharp, Healy; and Rhonda Koehn, Henderson, Nebraska; one sister, Kay Stauth, Cimarron, Kansas; eight grandchildren; and his former wife, Linda Sunley, Lyons. He was preceded in death by two infant sisters. A private family inurnment is to be held at a later date. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are requested to the American Legion Riders, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
