Rebecca Sue "Becca" Ehster Smokes, 21, died October 31, 2013, at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born April 22, 1992 at Kansas City, Missouri, she was the daughter of Mark Richard and Susan Diane (Richardson) Ehster. She was a Tulsa, Oklahoma resident since 2009 coming from Great Bend. A past member of Trinity Baptist Church, Hoisington, where she taught Sunday School and was nursery attendant, she was a homemaker and a wonderful, loving mother and aunt. Survivors include Justin Quincy Smokes of the home; two daughters: Alexis Marie Smokes and Serenity Mae Smokes; her mother, Susan Diane Richardson, Hoisington, and two brothers: Bradley Michael Ehster and Elizabeth and Eric Scott Ehster and Tabitha, both of Hoisington; her maternal grandmother, Georgia Richardson of Hoisington; her paternal grandparents, Ronald and Karen Ehster of Merritt Island, Fla., and her nieces and nephews: Xavier Ehster, Mya Ehster, Marcus Ehster, Maecyn Ehster, and E. J. Ehster. She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Ehster; one half-sister, Kim Ehster; and maternal grandfather, Alfred Richardson. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Bryant Funeral Home. Pastor Jeff Johnson will officiate. Inurnment will be in Hoisington Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call from noon to 9:00 p.m., with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Bryant Funeral Home.
