Michelle Denise Price, 40, died October 7, 2012 at Hutchinson, Kansas. She was born November 24, 1971 at Great Bend, Kansas, the daughter of Dennis Lowell and Brenda (Creacy) Price. She married Scott Piland. A longtime Great Bend resident, she was a photographer for Wal-mart and Life Touch. She was a member of First Street Church of God, Hoisington. She enjoyed karaoke, helping others, the lake, and SCUBA diving. Survivors include her mother, Brenda Wetzel and her husband Randy, Great Bend; her father, Dennis Price and his wife Patricia, Woodward, Oklahoma; one son, Cody Piland, Great Bend; one daughter, Haley Piland her her fiance Brett Stubby, Great Bend; one brother, Dennis Lawrence Price, Wichita, Kansas; one granddaughter, Kaylee Stubby, Great Bend; and grandmother, Darlene Creacy, Great Bend. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Wayne Creacy; and paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Ruby Irene Price. Memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, October 11, 2012 at First Street Church of God, Hoisington. The Reverend Dick Ogle will officiate. Inurnment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are requested to the Michelle Price Expense Fund, in care of the funeral home.
