Marty Joan Crone, 53, died October 31, 2009 at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. She was born April 17, 1956 at Great Bend, Kansas, the daughter of Thomas and Beverly Joan (Coon) Allan. She married Jord Crouse on October 16, 2009 at Hutchinson. A resident of Hutchinson eight years, coming from Great Bend, she was a homemaker. She was of the Christian faith. Survivors include her husband, Jord Crouse, Hutchinson, Kansas; two sons, Jamie Crone and James Chelf, Jr., both of Great Bend, Kansas. One brother, Mark Allan, Vanita, Oklahoma; two sisters, Janet Allan, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and Kathie Gregory, Sheridan, Oregon; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Beverly Allan, and two daughters, Becky Brosnan and Jennifer Leann Chelf; Graveside memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 9, 2009 at Great Bend Cemetery. Bishop Dan Curtis will officiate. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are requested to the family, in care of the funeral home.
