Larry D. Nuss, 61, died November 22, 2010 at his home, Great Bend, Kansas. He was born April 29, 1949 at Great Bend, the son of Benjamin and Janet (Moore) Nuss. He married Coleen Miller December 18, 1971 at Albert, Kansas. A Great Bend resident since 1993, coming from Otis, Kansas, he was a salesman for Kitco. Mr. Nuss was of the Lutheran faith. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Coleen Nuss, of the home; one daughter, Tonya Ross, Rose Hill, Kansas; one foster daughter, Beverly Witt, Lincoln, Kansas; two brothers: Scott Nuss, Otis; and Steve Nuss, Hays, Kansas; and three grandchildren: Kelsey Peterson, Bailey Peterson, and Trent Ross. Prayer service will be at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Bryant Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 26, 2010 at Peace Lutheran Church, Albert. Pastor Patricia Reep will officiate. Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Bryant Funeral Home.
