Kenneth R. "Crazy Horse" Ford, 55, died April 13, 2008 at Hoisington, Kansas. He was born July 22, 1952 at Ellsworth, Kansas, the son of Kenneth L. and Wanda J. Beams Ford. A longtime Hoisington area resident, living previously in Wichita, Kansas, Mr. Ford worked in various positions in the oilfield industry. Mr. Ford was a member of the Living Joy Community Church, Hoisington. Survivors include his father, Kenneth Ford, Hoisington; two sons, Justin Ford, Wichita, Kansas, and Corey Rae, Missouri; three daughters, Shannon Stephens and husband, Tigie, Hoisington, Angela Rae, Missouri, and Alesha Rae, Colorado; two sisters, Jacquette Ford, Hoisington, and Melissa Tittel and husband, Richard, Ellinwood; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Ford; one brother, Steven L. Ford; and one sister, Joyce Marie Ford. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Curtis officiating. Burial will be in Hoisington Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, 2008 and from 9:00 a.m. until service time Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at the funeral home.
