K. Suzie Renfro, 71, of Great Bend, died Aug. 24 at Hospice House, Hutchinson. She was born Sept. 7, 1938, at Great Bend, the daughter of Luther and Clara (Ehnstedt) Miller. She married Danny F. Renfro on July 22, 1992, at Great Bend. She was a truck driver for Brown and Brown Trucking, Guthrie Steaming and Tank Service and Venture Corporation. She was also a hairdresser. Mrs. Renfro was a lifetime Great Bend resident and a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Great Bend. Survivors include her husband, Danny F. Renfro, of the home; one son, Jamie Renfree and wife Joyce of Wichita; a stepson, Craig Anthony Renfro of Wichita; and a granddaughter, Maranda Nicole Lamb. She was preceded in death by a half sister, Patricia Penley. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Bryant Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dr. Doyle Smith officiant. Interment will be at the Great Bend Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Donations are suggested to a memorial fund for the First Southern Baptist Church, in care of the funeral home.
