Jennifer Dyan Elsen Wylie, 24, died November 23, 2009 as the result of an automobile accident. She was born March 23, 1985 at Great Bend, Kansas, the daughter of Stanley and Janet (Rodie) Elsen. She married William A. Wylie February 14, 2009 at Hays, Kansas. A resident of Hays for five years, coming from Timken, Kansas, she was an EKG Tech for Hays Medical Center, Hays. Jennifer was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include her husband, William Wylie, Hays, Kansas; her parents, Stanley and Janet Elsen, Timken, Kansas; her grandfather, Wayne Rodie; two brothers, David Elsen, Colby, Kansas; and Ryan Elsen and wife Kimberly, Great Bend, Kansas; and one nephew, Ethan Elsen. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Nicholas and Emelia Elsen, and maternal grandmother, Elsie Rodie. Vigil service will be at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 26, 2009 at Bryant Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 27, 2009 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Great Bend. Father Reginald A. Urban will officiate. Burial will be in Great Bend Cemetery North. Friends may call from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, November 26, 2009, with the family receiving friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Bryant Funeral Home.
