I. Marie Ritter, 94, died June 14, 2014 at Holiday Resort in Salina. Born January 11, 1920, in Wichita, she was the daughter of William and Mae (Birch) Donaldson. On September 20, 1940, she married Ralph W. Ritter in Leoti. He died on November 27, 1987. A resident of Hoisington since 1940, coming from Tribune, she was a homemaker. Mrs. Ritter was a member of the Faith Community Church in Great Bend. Survivors include two sons, Harlan W. Ritter of Cuernavaca, Mexico, and Darwin R. Ritter and wife Vicki of Salina; two daughters, Nancy Clark and husband Randy of Salina, and Lonetta Perrotti and husband Adam of Flemington, New Jersey; eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Cread Birch. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Faith Community Church in Great Bend with Pastor Sandy Kennedy officiating. Burial will be at the Hoisington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 17, 2014 with family receiving friends from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to Faith Community Church or Feed the Children, in care of the funeral home.
