Hilda M. Ille, 93, died January 1, 2010 at Cherry Village Residential Care, Great Bend, Kansas. She was born February 20, 1916 at Odin, Kansas, the daughter of Joseph V. and Frances M. Tinkel Jenisch. She was a lifetime resident of the Odin area. She was a retired registered nurse and former employee of Hoisington Lutheran Hospital. She graduated from Odin High school and St. Rose - Dominican School of Nursing. On January 25, 1944 she married Frank J. Ille at Odin, Kansas. He preceded her in death May 17, 1960. Mrs. Ille was a member of the Holy Family Church and St. Ann Altar Society both of Odin and Alumnae of St. Rose - Dominican School of Nursing. Survivors include two daughters, Bernice Reichenberger and husband, John,Wichita, Kansas and JoAnn Steiner and husband, John, Great Bend, Kansas; two sisters, Ann Boor and Mary Wondra, both of Odin, Kansas; five grandchildren, Brian Steiner, Debra Steiner, Jill McVey, Kevin Ille and Lisa Ille; two great-grandchildren, Isaac Steiner and Nicholas Bulloc. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Albert, Joe, Arthur and Frank Jenisch and four sisters, Eleanor Ille, Gertrude Gerritzen, Olivia Debes and Frances Zorn. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2010 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Odin, Kansas with Father Charles Mazouch, officiating. Vigil service and rosary will be held 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington, Kansas. Burial will be at Holy Family Cemetery, Odin, Kansas. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington, Kansas.
