Helen Mary Brack, 81, died January 12, 2008 at Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center, Great Bend, Kansas. She was born May 13, 1926 at Great Bend, the daughter of John and Frances Marek Serpan. She married Kenneth F. Brack in 1947 at Great Bend. He died January 7, 1980. Mrs. Brack was a Southwestern Bell Telephone Operator for thirty-five years, and later worked for the Fuller Brush Company. She was a lifetime resident of Great Bend. Mrs. Brack was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Southwestern Bell Telephone Pioneers, American Legion Auxiliary and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, all of Great Bend. Survivors include one sister, Mildred Sayler, Great Bend, Kansas; and two grandchildren, Kenneth Titus and Samantha Titus, both of Great Bend, Kansas. Mrs. Brack was preceded in death by a daughter, Anita Titus. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Great Bend. Officiant will be the Reverend James A. Strasen. Burial will be in the Great Bend Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday, January 15, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Bryant Funeral Home.
