Florence Gould Flanders, age 91, passed away Tuesday evening, April 1, 2008 at Mission Regional Medical Center in Mission, Texas. She was born October 25, 1916 to Orlando and Florence Preston Gould in Blue Rapids, Kansas. She was a current member of Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Pharr, Texas. She is survived by her daughter, Judith A. Flanders Geil of Pharr, Texas, a son, Richard L. Flanders of Penhook, Virginia; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Flanders and three sisters. Graveside funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Great Bend, Kansas.
