Eleanor Klug, 94, died January 26, 2010 at Great Bend Regional Hospital, Great Bend, Kansas. She was born October 9, 1915 at Odin, Kansas, the daughter of John and Louisa (Beran) Boor. She married Joseph W. Klug November 20, 1945 at Odin, Kansas. He died August 25, 1986. A lifetime Odin resident, Mrs. Klug was a homemaker. Mrs. Klug was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Altar Society, Odin. Survivors include three sons: Donald Klug, Mark Klug, and Joseph Klug; four daughters: Janet Lutz, Connie Prosser, June Klug, and Nancy Wirth; eleven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was one of four brothers and eight sisters. Parish Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 29, 2010 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Odin. Father Dwight Birket will be celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery, Odin. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the Holy Family Cemetery Fund, in care of the funeral home.
