Eleanor Ille, 83, died April 20, 2008 at Hutchinson Hospital, Hutchinson, Kansas. She was born the daughter of Joseph V. and Frances M. Tinkel Jenisch June 27, 1924 at Odin, Kansas. She married Leonard Ille November 16, 1948 at Odin. He died December 12, 1997. A lifetime Odin resident, Mrs. Ille was a homemaker. Mrs. Ille was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and St. Ann's Altar Society, Odin. Survivors include one son, Loren Ille, Great Bend, Kansas; two daughters, Doris Ille, Salina, Kansas, and Diane Dolechek and husband, Bob, Wichita, Kansas; three sisters, Anna Boor, Odin, Kansas, Hilda Ille, Great Bend, Kansas, and Mary Wondra, Claflin, Kansas; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Albert, Joe, Arthur, and Frank Jenisch; three sisters, Gertrude Gerritzen, Olivia Debes, and Frances Zorn; and one grandchild, Frances "Frankie" Ille. Vigil service followed by Altar Society rosary will be at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Odin, Kansas, with Fathers Dwight Birket and Pascal Klein officiating. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery, Odin. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Father Don Debes Missionary Work, Papua, New Guinea or Heartland Cancer Center, in care of the funeral home.
