Edna F. Boger, 92, died November 17, 2008 at Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend, Kansas. She was born December 22, 1915 at Claflin, Kansas, the daughter of Leonard and Donna (Ingersol) Van Fossen. She married Marcus Boger in 1934 at Great Bend. A Great Bend resident for the past five years, coming from Hoisington, Kansas, Mrs. Boger was a homemaker. Mrs. Boger was a member of First United Methodist Church, and UMW of Hoisington; and was a past Campfire Girl of Great Bend. Survivors include her husband, Marcus Boger, Great Bend, Kansas; two sons: Marcus L. Boger and Lloyd W. Boger, both of Great Bend, Kansas; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Alan E. Boger. A memorial graveside service will be at a later date. Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home is in charge of services.
