Dolores J. Hogan, 84, died May 18, 2011 at Buhler Sunshine Home, Buhler, Kansas. She was born August 2, 1926 at Hoisington, Kansas, the daughter of Theodore R. and Isabelle M. (Radke) Lutschg. She married Virgil Hogan June 25, 1946 at Hoisington. A lifetime Hoisington resident, Mrs. Hogan was a retired bookkeeper for Suburban Laundry, Hoisington. Mrs. Hogan was a member of the First Christian Church, Great Bend. Survivors include her husband, Virgil Hogan, Buhler; one son, Craig Hogan and wife Darla, Hutchinson, Kansas; one daughter, Earlene Lickly and husband Lonnie, Garfield, Kansas; ten grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home. The Reverend William F. Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Hoisington Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the family receiving friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2011 and from 9:00 a.m. to service time Saturday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to Buhler Sunshine Home, Kans for Kids, Cause for Paws, or Alzheimer's Association, in care of the funeral home.
