Deanna L. Warren, 68, died November 17, 2008 at Hospice House of Reno County, Hutchinson, Kansas. She was born August 12, 1940 at Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Ralph and Lois Teaverbaugh. She had worked in the loan and accounting departments for Bank of America, Dallas, Texas. Ms. Warren was a resident of Great Bend, Kansas, since 2002, coming from Arlington, Texas. Ms. Warren was baptized in the Methodist faith. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Social Sorority, Kansas City, Kansas. She was a caring mother and grandmother, devoting much of her love and time to her family. Survivors include two daughters: Lori Messick and husband, Clarence, Saint John, Kansas; and Vicki Batchman and husband, Chris, Ellinwood, Kansas; three sisters: Linda Marie Crouch, Arlington, Texas; Susan Teaverbaugh, Independence, Missouri; and Jean Olsen, Orlando, Florida; four grandchildren: Maggie Jackson, Newton, Kansas; Sara Ballard, Lyons, Kansas; Emily Messick, Saint John, Kansas; and Haley Batchman, Ellinwood, Kansas; one niece, Lisa Tarvin, Arlington, Texas; and one nephew, Christopher Olsen, Orlando, Florida. A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Bryant Funeral Home with the Reverend Jorge Arvelo officiating. A private family inurnment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Hospice House of Reno County or the CKMC Foundation for the benefit of the Heartland Cancer Center, both in care of the funeral home.
