DeAngelo Carlos Ludin Ortiz, 1 month, 15 days, died December 29, 2014 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. Born November 14, 2014, at Great Bend, he was the son of Yolanda Ortiz. Survivors include his mother, Yolanda Ortiz, of the home, grandparents Frances Rousey of Great Bend and Erasmo Ortiz of Great Bend, uncles Robert Rodriguez of Great Bend and Carlos Ortiz of Tennessee. Private family graveside services will be held in Great Bend Cemetery.
