Danny Joe Brough, 63, passed away December 4, 2021, Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. He was born on November 22, 1958, at Great Bend, to Robert & Marian Lorene (Pedigo) Brough. He married Susan Halzle on February 5, 1982 at Great Bend.

He was a longtime employee at Moeder Oil as their propane manager. Danny was an IMCA official for many years.  Danny especially loved spending time with his family. He loved taking his grandson Jordan to all his motocross races. He found a second family through motocross. He loved helping all the kids with their bikes. He was their number one mechanic, cheerleader and all-around supporter.

Survivors include, his wife, Susan Brough of the home; a son, Beau Brough of Great Bend and two grandsons, Jordan and Nash. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Jim Brough and Gary Brough.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Bryant Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Golden Belt Memorial Park north of Great Bend, with Pastor Jay Beuoy presiding. Military Rites will be conducted by the Army National Guard and the American Legion Riders. Memorials have been designated to the Clara Barton Foundation, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
