DATELINE: Great Bend, Kansas Clara B.Yarger,84, died December 29, 2009, at Hays Medical Center, Hays, Kansas. Clara was born March 29, 1925, Middle Brook, Missouri, to Andrew and Elizabeth (Scuzh) Morey. Clara married Willard Albert Yarger on June 11, 1966 at Hoisington. He preceded in death May 22, 1995. She was a Med Aid at nursing homes in Great Bend and Hoisington, and was a former member of the First Christian Church in Hoisington. Surviving family includes a step daughter, Lucinia Krieger, Great Bend, Kansas; two nephews, Jim Morey, Middle Brook, Missouri, and Danny Morey, Rogers, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters and a nephew, Ed Morey. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at 11:00 a.m., at Nicholson Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington, Kansas, with the Reverend William Johnson presiding. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Barton County, Kansas. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday with family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. until service time Wednesday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home.
