Christopher Daniel "Chris" Schwartz, 43, passed away from complications of the flu on March 27, 2025, at The University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas. A lifetime resident of Great Bend, Chris worked as a manager at Mr. Burger. He attended church services at First United Methodist Church. Chris loved playing and watching baseball and was a Kansas City Chiefs fan. By being an organ donor, he was able to bless two people with his kidneys. He is preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Maurice and B. Marie Schwartz, and Clayton Stinemetz; and uncle, Kenny Schwartz.
