Carla VonFeldt, 72, died June 22, 2013 at her home, Great Bend, Kansas. She was born October 7, 1940 at Great Bend, the daughter of Lee and Ruth (Powelson) Smith. She married Roy VonFeldt November 13, 1961 at Great Bend. A lifetime Great Bend resident, Mrs. VonFeldt was a hairdresser at Hair Affair. Survivors include her husband Roy VonFeldt, of the home; two sons: Randy VonFeldt and his wife Rhonda, Great Bend; and Brad VonFeldt and his wife Michelle, Great Bend; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother. Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Bryant Funeral Home, with Pastor Don Paden officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Great Bend Cemetery. Memorials are requested to American Heart Association, in care of the funeral home.
