Alan Delaine Meyers, 46, died December 11, 2010 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He was born March 21, 1964 at Russell, Kansas, the son of Delaine F. and Donna M. (Weigel) Meyers. A Smyrna, Tennessee, resident, coming from Great Bend, he was a manager for Whole Foods grocery stores for many years. Survivors include his parents: Delaine F. and Donna M. Meyers, Great Bend; two sisters: Brenda Parrish and husband Rob, Lawrence, Kansas; and Cindy Meyers, Great Bend; one brother: Doug Meyers, Newton, Kansas; one nephew: Thomas Parrish; three nieces: Sarah Parrish, Kayla Seybert and husband Justin; and Katie Meyers; great-nephew, Jake Seybert; special Godmother: Carrie Brungardt; special friend, Kevin Buck; and many other dear friends and relatives. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 17, 2010 at Great Bend Cemetery North. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro with the Reverend Bob Bush officiating.
