Adam David Andrulis, 5, died September 1, 2012 at Lyons, Kansas. He was born May 19, 2007 at Great Bend, Kansas. A lifetime Great Bend resident, he liked the Avengers, liked to wrestle, and dress up like a cowboy. Survivors include his parents, Stephen and Michelle (Andrulis) Disque, of the home; four brothers: Cody George, Arimis Disque, Kile Farrar, and Joshua Disque, all of the home; two sisters: Destiney Andrulis and Serenity Andrulis, both of the home; grandparents, David and Cindy Andrulis, Lyons; great-grandmother, Patty Blair, Great Bend; and great-grandfather, Bernard Pfannenstiel, Great Bend. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 7, 2012 at Bryant Funeral Home with David Andrulis officiating. Burial will be in Great Bend Cemetery.
